<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate buffer zone between automatic assembly zone and manual assembly zone by determining the carry-in timing of a body from the manual assembly zone to the pre-stage automatic assembly zone and the carry-in timing of the body from the manual assembly zone to the post-stage automatic assembly zone through single tact feed, and providing the operation command therefor from an operator. CONSTITUTION:A manual assembly zone 1 is splitted into section A from the start position 1a to an intermediate position 1b and section B from the intermediate position 1b to the end position 1c, end specific parts assembling works are made by a plurality of workers in sections A and B. An operating board 6 having a carry-in switch is arranged in the intermediate section of section A while an operating board 7c having a carry-out switch is arranged in the intermediate section of section B, and mat switches 8, 9 for detecting existence of worker are arranged at the start position 1a and the end position 1c. When the carry-in switch is turned ON while the mat switch is turned OFF, and when the carry-out switch is turned ON while the mat switch is turned OFF, the body is carried.</p> |
