PURPOSE:To suppress the maximal firing temperature low by making a specific amount of at least one kind of a specific lead composite perovskite to be added as an auxiliary component to the main component while constituting the main component of Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3-PbZrO3. CONSTITUTION:When the main component is expressed as [Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3]x [PbTiO3]y [PbZrO3]z, a main component constituting range is limited to the values, which are 0.10<=x<=0.60, 0.30<=y<=0.60, 0.10<=z<=0.60 (x+y+z=1). When 0.01 to 20mol% of lead composite perovskite Pb(Ni1/2W1/2)O3 or the like added to the main component, the optimal firing temperature sharply drops, while increasing mechanical strength, further being able to enlarge epsilon /epsilon0 without lowering kp. When the contents of Pb(Ni1/2W1/2)O3 or the like are less than 0.01mol% to the main component, efficiency of improving a characteristic is little and when the contents exceed 20mol%, kp drops remarkably. |
