PURPOSE:To obtain non-oxide body having high function, by immersing material body in a molten halogenide bath contg. fluoride. CONSTITUTION:The objective non-oxide body is obtd. by immersing the material body in the molten halogenide bath contg. fluoride. Herein, the material body is fiber, whetstone particle, powder for forming ceramic bulk, thin film or other any form of carbon material, metal material and ceramic. The non-oxide body is non-oxide material such as carbon material, metal material or ceramic. Generally, the fiber, whetstone particle, powder for forming ceramic bulk, thin film or any other form of non-oxide material such as carbon material, metal material and ceramic are called the non-oxide body, however in this case, the body treated by such a method is referred to as the non-oxide body. When the non- oxide body is treated by such a method again, the non-oxide body is used in distinction from the material body for convenience. |
