The rack-lever (14) moving along the control-lever (13) is attached in the direction of shaking. The pinion gear (15) is geared with rack lever (14) to be able to operate automatically. The middle part of rack-lever is attached to the control-lever, and the pinion-gear (15) is located on the bisecto (1) of controllever's moving angle (&thgr;). The control-lever moves smoothly and noiselessly. It can be controlled simply by hand. The motor is secured by automatic stop when there is a long or short stem exceeding the limit to be controlled.
