PURPOSE:To readily obtain the title industrially useful resin having excellent powder fluidity, by coating the surface of a powdery vinyl chloride based resin composition with a polymer film component, then removing a medium and forming a film. CONSTITUTION:The aimed resin obtained by coating the surface of (A) a powdery vinyl chloride resin composition with (B) a solution for a film consisting of (i) a polymer film component and (ii) a medium, then removing the component (ii) and coating the surface of the component (A) with the component (i). Furthermore, 100pts.wt. component (A) is coated with 0.1-30pts.wt. component (i) and the component (A) consists of preferably a monolayer or two layers and a cellulosic compound, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer or acrylic resin. |
