PURPOSE:To improve the heat-sealing strength of linear low-density polyethylene as well as stabilize the film forming properties, by inflation-molding the blend of a specified linear low-density polyethylene, a specified high-density polyethylene and a specified ethylene-alpha olefin copolymer under a specified condition. CONSTITUTION:Linear low-density polyethylene is to be of a melt index of 10g/10min. or less, a density of 0.91-0.945g/cm<3> and a fluidization of 70 or less, high-density polyethylene is to be of a melt index of 0.1g/10min. or less and a fluidization of 70 or more. The density of ethylene-alpha olefin copolymer is to be 0.910g/10min. or less and the melt index thereof is to be 20 or less. The blending ratio is used in the range of 70-99pts.wt. of linear low-density polyethylene, 0.5-10pts.wt. of high-density polyethylene and 0.5-20pts.wt. of ethylene-alpha olefin copolymer. The molding condition is to be 0.9-2 of blow-up ratio, 10-40 of draft ratio and 30sec or less of index of cooling rate. |
