A pipe lead-through and seal for a pipe lead-through, comprising a lining pipe 3 which is to be embedded in the wall 1. Seated on the lining pipe 3 is an annular disc 5 which can be displaced by tension elements 7. Upon rotation out of their parallel arrangement, said tension elements 7 are deflected by a bracing element 6 with respect to the longitudinal axis of the lining pipe 3, as a result of which the annular disc 5 presses the sealing composition 4 radially outwards.
