PURPOSE:To stably control a device even at the time of changing a brand, by finishing the speed change of respective rolls at the same time, at the time of changing the brand, and by setting the speed change accommodated to the thermal time constants of the respective rolls. CONSTITUTION:At the time of changing a brand, the ratio command of respective rolls to a line speed setting unit 28 is inputted from a brand changing command device 31. By a change rate computing circuit 30 through the line speed setting unit 28 and the ratio setting units 19, 20, 21 of the respective rolls, a line speed change rate and the ratio change rate of the respective rolls are computed from the roll for taking the most time to finish the change. As a result, at the time of changing the brand, the change of the respective rolls is finished almost at the same time, and the change of a speed can be performed according to the thermal time constants of the respective rolls. |
