PURPOSE:To control always efficiently the running of flexible manufacture- system (FMS) by estimating the ratio of operation of each installation on the basis of information related to the working installation and sequence of each workpiece obtained by simulation while determining the running schedule. CONSTITUTION:The present data C such as installation, workpiece model B and the present position and working proceeding situation in addition to a plurality of process design information A2 having different loads delivered to each installation at every workpiece and basic information showing the contents of working plan A1 and process design are used to simulate the working installation and sequence of each workpiece with an real time simulator 11. On the basis of the obtained information is estimated the ratio of operation of each installation by an estimating means 12, while the ratio of operation is reselected from a plurality of information prepared until it satisfies a predetermined reference ratio E of operation and the simulation information about the working installation and sequence of each workpiece satisfying said reference is incorporated in the running schedule to control the running by a controller section 13. Thus, the running of FMS can be always efficiently controlled. |
