The end of the plunger which carries the flange for manual operation has an anti-retraction device consisting of a part coupled to the piston rod and fixed parts on the surrounding body, which is a prolongation of the syringe cylinder, so that the anti-retraction device becomes functional after the first use, preventing a second utilisation.
