PURPOSE: To prepare a mutual connection body not to be privately used and to make it possible to set up an order corresponding to a user's request by providing an order answering circuit or a programmable mutual connection device with an improved tape automating bonding chip device or the like having compatibility. CONSTITUTION: The mutual connection device 40 has sandwich structure and an optional 1st face 42. Plural lines 44 are formed on the upper part of the face 42. The line group 44 is y-axis lines. Another line group 46 is formed on the upper part of the line group 44 substantially vertical to the line group 44. The line group 46 is x-axis lines and substantially parallel with each other on the same plane similarly to the line group 44. Finally an order answering face 48 is formed on the upper part of the line group 46. The terminal parts 56, 58 of y-axis lines 52 and the terminal parts 60, 62 of x-axis lines are formed on the upper part and arranged in the z direction. An access area 64 is formed on the face 48 so as to access the terminal parts 56, 58, 60, 62, i.e., programmable nodes. |
