PURPOSE:To prevent the problem from occurring that a disc remains at a movable side not to be easily taken out during the separation of the disc-like information medium and that coloring matters will not pass around behind the disc surface of a completed molding resin board during the spin coating of the coloring matter, by forming a curved surface or a slanting surface in which the inner surface forming a disc outer periphery becomes round shape in a ring member. CONSTITUTION:Upon molding, a movable die 2 is shiftingly fitted to a fixed side die 1 and, after the compression and clamping, the material is injected and performed with a compression molding in keeping pressure and then cooled after conducting a vacuum suction previous to material supplying to the inside of cavities of both dies 1, 2. Afterwards, a sprue runner is cut out through shifting a gate-cut punch 9 and then the product is taken out through opening the dies. A ring member 3 fixed to the fixed side die 1 forms an outer periphery and also the ring 3 may be of a curved shape 16 or tapered shape, moreover, be separated away from a stamper 10 during the die opening and being capable of die separation in such a manner that the disc 15 does not remained at the movable side during the removal. Accordingly, there is no problem that the coloring matters pass around behind the disc surface during the spin coating and excellent quality discs are produced in large quantity. |
