A loop 21 pivots, during operation, about a pin 4, while at the same time resting on a shoulder 7 of a body 9 of the male member 1. The loop 21 has a longitudinal slot 27 to allow its lateral engagement on the pin 4. After this engagement, there is slipped axially around the loop 21 a sleeve 31, in which is provided a strip 33 which closes the slot 27 and which contributes to guidance in rotation about the pin. This strip 33 is made of self-lubricating material. A plug 34 fastened to the sleeve 31 closes the joint at the top. The invention is used for hanging and removing the leaves by a horizontal movement. <IMAGE>
