PURPOSE:To achieve multi-variation in kneading degree or handling convenience as well as the effective utilization of a plurality of kneading and extruding machines, by a method wherein the extruding port of one kneading and extruding machine is connected to the charging port of the other kneading and extruding machine detachably through a conveying means arranged horizontally. CONSTITUTION:When kneading and extruding work is effected by connecting two sets of kneading and extruding machines 1A, 1B, a conveying means 9 is connected between a charging port 8 for connecting and an extruding port 7 while the extruding machines 1A, 1B are rotated reversely with each other by a reducing machine 4. According to this method, material, charged into the charging port 6 of one extruding machine 1A, arrives at the extruding port 7 and is transferred to the charging port 8 for connecting of the other extruding machine 1B, thereafter, is extruded out of the extruding port 7 after being kneaded. According to this method, multi-vibration in the kneading degree of the material and the handling convenience of the extruding machine may be achieved compared with a case wherein the extruding machine is used individually while the effective utilizaiton of two sets of extruding machines may also be achieved. |
