PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of body fluids in a void part and to obtain the sufficient durability of a treatment jig by preventing the damage of the slipping property thereof when the treatment jig is inserted, by filling the void part of a porous resin tube with a resin and lapping a porous resin tape around the outer peripheral surface of the porous resin tube through the resin penetrated in the void part. CONSTITUTION:As shown by a magnified part A, a porous tape 5, for example, composed of a tetrafluoroethylene resin is lapped around a tube 3 by applying liquid rubber being a resin penetrating in a void part to the porous tape on the side of the contact surface with the tube 3. This lapping is performed at such a pitch wherein the tape 5 is overlapped over the about 1/2 width thereof (pitch 1/2). Further, the tetrafluoroethylene resin has such a structure that fibrils 7a, 7b are formed into a recticular shape and a large number of void parts 9a, 9b are formed by said fibrils 7a, 7b. The void parts 9a of the tube 3 on the inner peripheral side 11 thereof are filled with rubber 13a formed by the curing of the liquid rubber infiltrated in the void parts 9 under heating or at room temp. The liquid rubber applied to the tape is penetrated in the void parts 9a, 9b of the tube 3 and tape 5 after lapping as shown by longitudinal lines. |
