PURPOSE:To set the recording and reproduction of a disk at the optimum value by calculating an emitting light quantity power from reflectance data and incident light quantity power on an optical disk recording and reproducing device at the time of recording and reproduction, and performing the corrective control of the light quantity power of a semiconductor laser. CONSTITUTION:A light quantity power correction arithmetic means is provided, and reflectance data is recorded on the data recording areas 3A and 3B of a recording and reproducing disk 1 at the time of manufacturing the disk, and the data is reproduced and recovered at the time of setting the title device, and also, the reflected light of the recording and reproducing disk 1 at the time of recording and reproduction is measured, and the emitting light quantity power of the semiconductor laser is corrected by the data and the above stated reflectance data. In such a way, it is possible to control data write on the disk 1 and a readout light quantity power with high accuracy. |
