PURPOSE: A system for measuring indoor noise of vehicle and operating method of the same are provided to measure actual noise a passenger feels by measuring noise according to change of speed of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system includes a sensor part(10) including a throttle position sensor(12) detecting opening degree of a throttle valve, a sound level meter(16) installed in a car room to detect indoor noise and a car speed sensor(14) detecting speed of the vehicle; a control part(20) connected with the sensor part to receive signal from the sensor and outputting noise measured according to change of the speed of the vehicle by opening degrees of the throttle valve; and a monitor(30) connected with the control part and displaying signals input by the sensor part to the control part.
