PURPOSE:To cause the management of material supply to be easily achieved by carrying out the transfer of undried material into a batch type dryer and the supply of the dried material into the hopper of a forming machine by the operation of the switching valves provided at the suction side of a blower. CONSTITUTION:The supply of material into a batch type dryer 1 is carried out by the suction force caused by a blower 11 and by opening a suction switching valve 9a. Accordingly, by the opening and closing operation of the suction switching valve 9a, the suitable amount of the material is fed into a material-feeding hopper 3, and is fed into the drum 4 of a microwave dryer, whereby said material 2 is dried by microwave. Thus, the dried material 2 is fed into a relay hopper 7, and after the material has been temporarily stored here, it is fed into the hopper 10 of a forming machine by using the suction force of the blower 11 and by opening the suction switching valve 9b. Thus, said material may be easily fed into the batch type dryer 1, or the material in the dryer 1 is easily fed into the hopper 10 of a forming machine by the operation of the suction switching valves 9a, 9b. |
