PURPOSE:To effectively perform a predetermined driving operation even when a load is varied by controlling the drive of a motor on the basis of the detected value of torque detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The compared result of the displacement output of a motor 1 detected by a displacement sensor 8 with a displacement command is converted by a controller 9 to a speed command. The compared result of the speed command with a speed signal detected by a speed sensor 7 is converted by a controller 10 to a torque command. The compared result of the load torque of a DC motor 1 detected by a torque sensor 12 with the torque command is converted to a current command by a controller 21. A controller 1 so controls a DC current supplied to the DC motor 1 as to be equal to the current command. |
