SEALING FILM OF DUAL LAYER STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent blocking between films without use of a mold releasing paper by spreading a thermoplastic composition of a dual layer structure containing poly isobutylene on etylene film of a prearranged thickness. CONSTITUTION:Film of ethylene alone or copolymer resin is used as ethylene film, and the film thickness of the resin is 5mu-15mu. A thermoplastic composition containing polyisobutylene is spread in thickness of 50mu-150mu on the ethylene film. Although this film is of a dual layer structure, it does not develop an interlayer peel when the film is elongated.Therefore, it behaves in one piece until it reaches a rupture point.
