PURPOSE: To promptly, easily and simultaneously lock pressurization bodies arranged at a quarter, a vamp and a heel by providing a mechanical deceleration means controlled by a knob, two winding spools for a pulling element to act with each other and a means for finely adjusting the tension of the element. CONSTITUTION: A skier rotates a first knob 4 in the winding direction of first and second cables 14 and simultaneously locks the pressurization bodies arranged in the areas of the quarter, the vamp and the heel. Since the mechanical deceleration means composed of gears 6, 7 and 9 is provided and the gear 9 directly cooperates with the gears 11 and 12 for operating first and second spools 13 and 23, a locking operation is facilitated. A second knob 18 is useful for differentiating the tension of the cable 14 and enables the fine adjustment of the tension of the cable 14 when the locking action of the selected degree of the quarter is obtained for instance. At the time of wanting to perform unlocking, the push button 31 of a lever 30 for instance is pushed and the tooth 26 of a ratchet 27 and a ring 25 integrated with the gear 12 are quickly opened. |
