FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to testing of military equipment, namely to ballistic missile defence and air defence. Switches are tested before their installation into the product using a complex method in thermal vacuum chamber at temperatures corresponding to ones of critical operation units in the article, in set multiple to installation in these assemblies, then circuit breakers are installed in the article and tests are carried out under normal climatic conditions together with product. Each pair of switches are installed along the horizontal axis opposite each other in a movable carriage to move along the axis; between them there replaceable stop connected with electromagnet and able to exit the contact, the stop width on the horizontal axis exceeds the sum of contact actuation strokes of paired switches, the contacts and electromagnets are connected to the input of module used for measurement and analysis of rated parameters, and electromagnets are connected to output of test mode set unit. Each carriage is connected with motor connected to the output of test mode set unit. Program of climatic condition change, time and number of actuations of each switch are input in the test mode set unit, tests are carried out in automatic mode, the module used for measurement and analysis of rated parameters reports on operating capacity of each circuit breaker.EFFECT: result consists in enabling verification of several units in various climatic conditions at their simultaneous testing.4 cl, 2 dwg |
