PURPOSE:To attain a stable operation for an electronic circuit by separating a power conversion storage section a power consumption electronic circuit when an output voltage of a power conversion storage section does not reach a threshold level. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage required for the operation of a power consumption electronic circuit 2 is not kept by a power conversion storage section 3 due to the deficiency of power supply, the circuit 2 is disconnected to boost a voltage across a capacitor 5. In disconnecting the power consumption electronic circuit 2, the input resistance is increased and since a constant current flows through the increased resistance, the voltage applied to the power conversion part is increased, resulting that the voltage across the capacitor 5 is boosted to a voltage such that the power consumption circuit 2 is operated normally for the purpose. Thus, in supplying a signal with power to the power consumption electronic circuit 2 of the local area network from the center, the power consumption electronic circuit 2 is operated stably in the normal state. |
