PURPOSE:To prevent foul odor when a vibration sensor is vibrated and flames are extinguished, by controlling elevation of the wick of a kerosene stove of wick type by a motor, and by cam switches which are interlocked with the motor, by the intermediary of a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:Cam switches 5 and 6 are closed by the revolution of a motor 8 which elevates a wick. A microcomputer 1 is provided with two programs: one of them drives the motor 8 in accordance with the states of cam switches 5 and 6, and the other program stops combustion and holds the motor in the waiting state when it receives a signal from a vibration sensor 7. In the state of steady combustion, the wick is at the top position of rise and the motor 8 is in the stopped state. But when the vibration sensor 7 is vibrated during combustion and a fire extinguishing signal is input in the microcomputer 1, the motor 8 in a halt is started again by the intermediary of a microcomputer 1 and the wick is lowered by the motor until combustion in a kerosene stove is stopped. |
