发明名称 PREPARATION OF FOOD CONTAINING KOJI BLENDED WITH VEGETABLE OIL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food, having excellent digestibility and absorbability and suitable as a healthy food, by thoroughly parching material of adlay, wheat embryo bud, rice bran and soybean, drying the resultant KOJI (yeast), pulverizing the dried KOJI into fine powder and blending the powder with a vegetable oil. CONSTITUTION:Materials of adlay, wheat embryo bud, rice bran and soybean are initially separately parched so as to toast the core. The separately parched materials are then blended to prepare KOJI (yeast) in the same procedures as in KOJI for 'MISO' (fermented bean paste). The resultant KOJI is then sufficiently dried and pulverized into fine powder. A vegetable oil, such as safflower oil or sesame oil, is subsequently added to the fine powder and the obtained blend is stirred and mixed to afford the aimed food.
