PURPOSE:To easily use the title device without using liquid helium and nitrogen by thermally putting a superconducting coil which uses ceramic having superconductivity in contact with a heat conductive body composed of good heat conductive material and refrigerating the heat conductive body by the use of a refrigerator using a regenerator. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive coil 1 composed of ceramic superconductive material is impregnated with epoxy resin and mechanically and thermally integrated after being wound on a bobbin 2 made of aluminum which is good heat conductive material. The bobbin 2 is cooled by the refrigerator 3. The refrigerator 3 is one such as Glifford-MacMahon cycle, Solvay cycle and Reverse Stalin cycle by the use of a cool regenerator. The cool regenerator is composed of copper mesh layered material and a thermal switch 5 intermittently continuing heat transfer is provided between the bobbin 2 and a low temperature end 4. Pipes 6 are attached to the bobbin 2, liquid nitrogen is flowed therein and the superconducting coil 1 and the bobbin 2 are cooled early. |
