PURPOSE: To satisfy various required conditions in a planetarium at comparatively low cost by specifying structural data on an objective lens. CONSTITUTION: The objective lens provided with a telecentric optical path consisting of 11 optical elements has the structural data shown by expressions I and II. In the expressions I and II, FL is a surface number, (sr) is the radius of a top part, (r) is curvature, d/1 is a surface separation 1d is the half of the diameter of a lens, M is a medium, and (n) is refractive power to the wavelength of 546.07μm; in such a case, surfaces 1 to 2 are object supporting material, a surface 21 is an image surface and surfaces 3 to 20 are respective optical elements collected and arranged as seven groups(I to VII). Thus, this invention is used for all the purposes requiring various objective lenses including telecentric illumination on an object side or the objective lens having telecentry on an image side, especially, it is used for the planetarium.
