PURPOSE:To stabilize in a short while the central wavelength of a laser beam emitted by a laser device, by mounting collimation lenses between etalons and a laser oscillating part. CONSTITUTION:When the cross section area of light which is emitted by a laser oscillating tube 1 or is injected into the above tube 1 increases several times by using collimation lenses 10, then light intensity per unit area in a light irradiation region of etalons 6 and 7 comes to a fraction of its light intensity which is obtained without using the collimation lenses. Accordingly, a temperature rise in the light irradiation region of the etalons 6 and 7 can be suppressed to a fraction of the temperature rise which is produced by a laser device which lacks the collimation lenses and then the central wavelength of a laser beam 9 is stabilized is a short while. |
