PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in the heat-resisting property of the title composite magnet as well as to improve its mechanical strength by a method wherein polyphenylene sulfide is coated and treated with polysiloxane dielectric in advance, and then the polyphenylene sulfide and magnetic powder are kneaded. CONSTITUTION:When the composite magnet consisting of magnetic powder and polyphenylene sulfide PPS is manufactured, the PPS is coated and treated with a polysiloxane dielectric in advance. After said treatment has been finished, the treated PPS and the magnetic powder are kneaded at the temperature range of 280-350 deg.C. Also, the clay of the polysiloxane dielectric is brought into the state of 100 centistokes SC or above at 25 deg.C, and the dielectric is formed into dimethylpolysiloxane. As a result, the heat-resisting property of the manufactured composite magnet is improved, the deterioration in magnetic characteristics of the magnet is eliminated, and the improvement in its mechanical strength can be achieved. |
