The invention relates to a novel configuration of the corner connection for hollow-profile frames, in the case of which corner-connection angles (3) are guided, by means of their legs, in the hollow profiles (1, 2) with play. In order to improve the bracing of the hollow profiles (1, 2) in the mitred region (17), a clamping member (5), which is rotatably arranged on the corner-connection angle (3), is actuated by means of a clamping screw (6) such that one leg (12) thereof produces, by bearing on a stop (7) of the corner-connection angle (3), a reaction force which, via the action of another leg (13) on the inner wall surface (15) of the associated hollow profile (2), results in bracing of the hollow profiles (1, 2) in the mitred region (17).
