<p>An automatic tool exchanger in which a locking block (5, 5') is fixed to a longitudinally pivotable magazine support (2) the upper end portion of which is drawn by a resilient member (8), and the lower end portion of which supports a magazine (1), a stopper (4, 4', 11) being engaged with the locking block (5, 5') at the same time as the magazine (1) retreats from a tool exchanging position to a waiting position and stops, whereby the vibration of the magazine (1) is prevented. Various types of tools are prepared on the turret magazine, and they are selected and exchanged automatically as necessary. This automatic tool exchanger can be used for a machine tool.</p> |
