发明名称 INJECTION QUANTITY CONTROLLER FOR FUEL INJECTION PUMP
摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately control injection quantity of a fuel irrespectively of accuracy in machining and assembling or deterioration with age, by a method wherein a sleeve is moved in accordance with a predetermined function when starting or stopping an engine, and a reference position of the sleeve is stored and set in accordance with the pressure of a fuel ejected. CONSTITUTION:Before starting the engine, the sleeve 12 is located at a non- injection position where a fuel escape passage 11 is opened. At starting, an exciting current is supplied to a driving coil 36 by a key switch ON signal S6 (a) through a position-controlling circuit 43 and a driving circuit 44, and the sleeve 12 is moved from the non-injection position to an injection position for closing the passage in accordance with the predetermined function such as a ramp function. When a signal S2 is inputted from an ejection-detecting circuit 42, the position of the sleeve 12 is stored into a memory 43a as the reference position by a signal S1 from a position-detecting circuit 39. The direction and quantity of the electric current passed to the coil 36 are controlled by signals S3, S4, S5 indicating operating conditions and the signal S1, thereby controlling the position of the sleeve 12, and the timing of opening the passage 11 is regulated to control the injection quantity of the fuel.
