发明名称 TRANSLATORISCHER REVERSIERANTRIEB, INSBESONDERE AN EINER ZAHNFLANKENSCHLEIFMASCHINE.
摘要 The invention relates to a translational reversing drive, in particular for tooth-flank grinding machines, which drives a tool carrier directly or indirectly by means of a motor-driven reciprocating mechanism, the length of stroke of the tool carrier being variable by variation of the radius of the revolving crank pin. The aim of the invention is to achieve higher productivity and, in conjunction with the elimination of the machine downtimes for the adjustment of the stroke length, to increase the utility of translational reversing drives. The object of the invention is to achieve minimum wear and trouble-free stroke adjustment in a reciprocating mechanism arranged in a fixed location. According to the invention, the mechanical reciprocating mechanism is arranged on a machine frame, the said mechanism having a hollow shaft through which there passes an adjusting shaft, the hollow shaft and the adjusting shaft are connected to one another via an epicyclic mechanism and rotate in the same direction, the hollow shaft and the web are driven at a fixed speed ratio and the shaft of the epicyclic mechanism is connected to a positioning drive motor. The hollow shaft and the adjusting shaft are each connected to a controllable drive motor. The difference signal from the angle measurement systems for stroke-length control is passed to at least one control circuit of a drive motor. <IMAGE>
