PURPOSE:To satisfy the sealing of the clamped section of a diaphragm, by forming the diaphragm with annular beads along the peripheral edge thereof, in both front and rear surface of the peripheral section of the diaphragm held between a main body and a lid member. CONSTITUTION:In a diaphragm 1' a peripheral edge 1a which is held between a lid member 3 and the inner peripheral stepped part of an opening 2 in a main body A, and a center section 1b have thicker wall-thicknesses, and an annular part therebetween has a thin wall-thickness to form a flexible section 1c which is easily deformed and which slacks inward to be in a concave shape. Annular beads 4 are formed on both front and rear surfaces of the peripheral edge 1a of the diaphragm 1' along the periphery thereof to satisfy the water-tight sealing between the diaphragm 1' and the inner end of the lid member 3 and between the diaphragm 1' and the stepped part in the inner peripheral surface of the opening 2. |
