<p>PURPOSE:To easily point an area related to a fault out of a large quantity of data by editing and holding the time point when the fault occurred as a part of the status after adding the time display to the history information stored in a trace memory and reporting and displaying later said partial status. CONSTITUTION:A counter 17 counts the basic clock pulse of a part 1 and serves as a timepiece showing the lapse of time. A microprocessor 13 stores the contents of the counter 17 into the byte of a status register 16 when a fault occurs. Then the counter 17 transfers the contents of the register 16 to a channel after the editing is over with other statuses and when the end of a channel program is reported in response to the subsequent status reading instruction. Thus it is possible to search the information on an area related to the fault in a short time out of a large quantity of history information on the control that are read out via a host device, etc., after detection of the abnormality.</p> |
