摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent production of thermal stress between a porous plate and a partition wall and to prevent deformation of a device and the occurrence of leak of fluidized gas, by a method wherein the partition is of a membrane structure, and a part of a cooling medium through the porous plate is caused to flow through pipes forming the partition wall. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 3 consists of pipes 3a each, located between a pipe 2a on a porous plate 2 and a pipe 2a on a base plate 4 and interconnecting the two pipes, and membrane bar 3b each, located between the pipes 3a and interconnecting membrane bars 2b and 2b'. After a cooling medium, flowing in through a lower header 8, passes through the pipes 2a forming the base plate 4, it flows to an upper header 9 after passing through the pipes 2a forming the porous plate 2. A device is constituted such that, during the passage, a part of the cooling medium flows in the pipes 3a on a partition wall 3 and is raised on the porous plate side, passage of the cooling medium holds temperature of the partition wall 3 at temperature approximately equal to those of the porous plate 2 and the base plate 4, and stress is prevented from production between the partition wall 3 and the porous plate 2 or the base plate 4.
