PURPOSE: To fix a buffer member easily, satisfactorily and efficiently without using a noxious chemical by fixing the buffer member made of a prescribed synthetic rubber material to a housing made of a polypropylene material by the ultrasonic deposition method or the thermal deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A buffer member 2 made of a synthetic rubber material containing propylene has good compatibility with a lamp housing 1a made of polypropylene and can be fixed by the ultrasonic deposition method via a tool horn, or the buffer member 2 can be directly fixed to the housing 1a by the thermal deposition method via a heating plate. The buffer member 2 can be fixed to the lamp housing 1a made of the polypropylene material efficiently at uniform fixing strength without impairing the appearance, without requiring a special skill, and without using a noxious chemical because no adhesion is applied. |
