PURPOSE:To decrease the number of the times of reading to an image file by providing a memory means to store the image information of a prescribed range from an image information storing means, a designating means to designate a part of the image information and a displaying means. CONSTITUTION:The titled device has a storing means 101 to store the image information, a memory means 108 to store the image information of a prescribed range read from the storing means 101, a designating means 110 to designate a part of the image information stored in the memory means 108, an image transferring means 114 to send the image information of the memory means 108 designated by the designating means 110 and an image displaying means 109 to show the image information sent by the image transferring means 114. When the designated image information exceeds the range of prescribed image information stored into an image storing means presently, the image information is newly read from the storing means, wand while the displaying range of the designating image is within the range of the image information, the image is displayed from the range of the image information without reading newly the image information from the storing means. Thus, each time the part displayed is changed, it is not necessary to read the image newly. |
