PURPOSE:To produce food sheets of laver which keeps taste and texture of laver for a long period of time and is suitable for simple relish and snacks, by forming thin fat layers of low water content between the sheet food and the laver sheet. CONSTITUTION:Vegetable protein, animal protein or sugars are mixed with various kinds of crushed foods and the mixture is made into sheets to give a sheet food product of high water content. Then, the sheet food is coated, on its one or both surfaces, with a fat of less than 7wt.% water content, which is prepared by using a major amount of fat, when desired, defatted milk, fat milk powder, various kinds of spices and flavors or cheese, Japanese horseradish, animal meat, to form thin fat layers of 1-10mm thickness. Then, the fat layer is covered with a laver sheet. |
