<p>PURPOSE:To operate the titled disposal device under a condition that tar is not produced at all in accordance with the kind of plastics, by a method wherein gas, generated in a sealed vessel having a multitude of heat exchanging tubes penetrating through the vessel in up-and-down direction, is guided to the outside of the vessel to control a pressure in the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A gas pipeline 13 for taking out gas, generated in a vessel 2, to the outside of the vessel is connected to the sealed vessel 2 while the pipeline 13 is connected to a cooler 15 through a control valve 14. In the color 15, liquid body, condensed by cooling, is separated from gas and the liquid body is received by a liquid reservoir 18 while the gas is reserved into a gas vessel 19. Combustion air is passed through the concentric spiral heat transfer tube 22 of a heat exchanger 20 while combustion gas is passed through the heat transfer tube 23 of the same, then, the air and gas are introduced into a combustion apparatus 7 while the combustion air and the fuel gas are provided with heat in an annular space 21. When a cable coating material, whose principal material is polyethylene for example, is disposed, the disposal device is operated at the temperature of about 480 deg.C and the pressure of 5kg/cm<2> substantially whereby about 75% of waste plastics may be liquefied even when air is not introduced into the sealed vessel 2.</p> |
