PURPOSE:To realize the sound recording or video recording for programs except commercials by putting both start and end signals of commercials to be identified from the sound or picture signals into the broadcast signals. CONSTITUTION:At a broadcast station 1, the prescribed commercial start and end signals which are electrically identified from the sound or picture signals are put into the voices and pictures reproduced by a reproducing device 2 via a commercial signal inserting device 3 when the commercials are started and ended. While a sound-video recording and reproducing device 5 detects the commercial start signal out of the received sound/picture signals via a commercial signal detecting circuit 7 and sends the sound/video recording and reproducing signal to a sound/video recording and reproducing circuit 8. Furthermore, the circuit 7 sends the sound/video recording start signal to the circuit 8 when the commercial end signal is detected. |
