Surfactant i.e. solbitol derivs. of formula (I)(0.5-10 wt.%) and magnetic materials i.e. γ-Fe2O3, Co-γ-Fe2O3 are dispersed into macromol. resin adhesive (90-99.5 wt.%), which are coated onto base film i.e. polyethyleneterephthalate. Where l,m and n are 1-8 integer, x,y and z are 0-3 integer. Adhesives are e.g. vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer contg. vinyl alcohol (thermoplastic resin) 2-10 wt.% and polyurethane resin set by isocyanate (thermosetting resin), the ratio of copolymer to polyurethane is 65- 35:35-65.
