PURPOSE:To obtain a honeycomb core displaying high strength in many directions, by a method wherein a core A composed of a unidirectional cell and a core B composed of the other-directional cell are laminated. CONSTITUTION:A core A where vertical faces 1 of a hexagon in a plane state, which are peculiar to a honeycomb and continued, and a layer of a core B where a plane 2 and slope 3 of a hexagonal pillar in a plane state are made into a continuous state with a connecting face 4 of a side of a hexagon are stuck close to each other and laminated, in a honeycomb core. A material to be used for the core is a stainless steel foil. The core A shows resistance to action force Y of vertical direction, in this multi-layer honeycomb core of different direction. The title honeycomb core is of bidirectional multi-layer structure where the core B shows resistance to action force X of longitudinal direction also besides the above matter. The core A displays high strength against action force from a unidirection as in the conventional one, the core B displays resistance even against force of the different direction which meets at right angles with the unidirection, through which a deformation does not occur.
