PURPOSE:To permit a throttle so as to perform throttling control being associated with the suppressing control of a slip by a brake, by mounting a rack gear box, driven by a motor, to be interposed between an accelerator wire and a throttle wire. CONSTITUTION:In an initialized condition, a rack gear box 2 is adapted to a stopper 4 by a return spring 3. While also an accelerator control piece 5 is adapted to a stopper 8 by a return spring 7. Now in the time of normal running, an accelerator wire 6 is driven, and when its driving force increases larger than the urging force of the return spring 3, the rack gear box 2 is moved. Following the above, also a throttle wire 1 is driven turning a throttle valve to the predetermined opening. On the other hand, at the time of a slipping condition, the rack gear box 2 is driven in a reverse direction through a pinion gear 12 and a rack gear 9 by actuating a motor 10 and a clutch 11.
