<p>PURPOSE:To execute write operation consecutively in an optional area according to address assignment by executing the write operation for a non-volatile memory device where data in a memory device storing data which should be written can be electrically written according to address information. CONSTITUTION:By providing a read circuit which reads a specified head address and a specified last address or the number of write data, and a memory circuit which stores them, the write operation is executed for the non-volatile memory device where the data of the memory device storing the data which should be written, can be electrically written according to the address information. Thus address setting is automatically executed and simultaneously, the write operation can be consecutively executed for the area of the non-volatile memory device according to that address setting.</p> |
