摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to process a measured waveform with a specified algorithm, by operating and processing the power-spectrum envelope function of the measured waveform by using the reference value of dielectric constant and the reference value of dielectric loss tangent, and evaluating the result of the operation. CONSTITUTION:The measured waveform from a measured waveform input part 1 undergoes Fourier transformation with a Fourier transformation/spectrum- envelop operating part 2. The result is divided by the attenuation characteristic from an attenuation-characteristic setting part 3. The output is divided by the frequency characteristic of a transmitting/receiving antenna, which is stored in an antenna transmission function memory part 5. The result is further divided by a function inherent to the system from a transmitting-pulse-data memory part 7. After the Fourier transformation of the measured waveform, the division result is processed as a pulse compression function with time axis with regard to the envelope function of a spectrum with an evaluation setting part 8, a judging part 9 and an operating part 10.
