发明名称 PROCESSING CIRCUIT FOR DIGITAL COLOR SIGNAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve gradation in a low density area without increasing a circuit scale by selecting a signal which has been density-converted by means of a density conversion means by a discrimination signal from a minimum value discrimination means. CONSTITUTION:Look-up table circuits (LUT) 104-109 consist of RAMs. A central processing unit (CPU)110 calculates coefficients which are set in the look-up table circuits 104-109 and writes them into respective RAMs. A bus selection circuit 111 selects the path of color digital signals bus line by the signals of the minimum value discrimination circuit 112, which discriminates a signal taking a minimum value in R.G.B signals and controls the bus selection circuit 111. With selecting and adding the look-up table circuits 104-109 and a bus, the digital color signals are conversion-processed. Furthermore, gradation in the low density area can be improved with simple circuit constitution with setting the width of output bits bigger than that of input bits for the tables.
