发明名称 SEPARATION OF ENZYME FROM AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF ENZYME BY CONCENTRATION
摘要 PURPOSE:To efficiently concentrate an aqueous solution of an enzyme and to separate the enzyme, by adding ionically and substantially equivalent amounts of a high polymer polyvalent anionic electrolyte and a high polymer polyvalent cationic electrolyte to an aqueous solution containing an enzyme at a pH >=isoelectric point of the enzyme to immobilize the enzyme. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing an enzyme is mixed with a high polymer polyvalent anionic electrolyte containing a benzene ring in the molecule, such as tannic acid or sodium lignin sulfonate and a high polymer polyvalent cationic electrolyte such as chitosan or a derivative thereof at >=isoelectric point of the enzyme and at pH <=8.5 in such a way that the amounts of both the electrolytes are equivalent amounts, the enzyme in the aqueous solution is insolubilized, concentrated and separated. Equivalent correlation of both the electrolytes is obtained by colloidal titration method.
