PURPOSE:To eliminate local irregularity or a defect in a projected state of birefringence by improving workability, by a method wherein a unit obtained by integrating a stamper where information and a guide groove have been engraved beforehand, a mirror surface and an inner and outer circumferential rings is fitted to a mold body by a fixing device of a unit side. CONSTITUTION:A stamper constituent body is assembled on a work stand within a clean room. A spacer 8 is washed with a solvent, to begin with, a mirror surface plate 3 is put on the spacer 8, and a stamper 4 where information or a guide groove have been engraved beforehand is put on the mirror surface plate 3 further. An inner circumferential ring 5 possessing a screw part 9 and spline 11 for sticking to a mold up inserted into the stamper 4 and the three parts are clamped down with a fixing ring 10. An outer circumferential ring 6 is put over an external circumference of the stamper 4 and clamped down with a bolt 7a finally. The spline 11 provided on the inner circumferential ring 5 is fitted in a splice 12 of a mold body, a, stamper constituent body is turned and the stamper constituent body is fitted to the mold body by fixing the outer circumferential ring with a bolt 7. With this construction, it is not feared that a foreign matter enters between the stamper and the mirror surface and a defective molded product is eliminated. |
