PURPOSE:To make assembling of a runnerless mold easier, by constituting a mold part of the side corresponding to a hot nozzle freely removable against a holding member of the hot nozzle and setting a positioning mechanism for the holding member and the mold part between them. CONSTITUTION:A hot nozzle 6 is fixed on a holding frame 17 through a manifold 4, and a cavity core 1 and a plunger core 2 of a mold are positioned against the hot nozzle 6 by means of a positioning pin 21. It is not necessary to exchange the hot nozzle 6 when color change and resin change are done and it is set in a holding frame 17 together with a manifold 4. The cavity core 1 and the plunger core 2 have holes 22 and 23 corresponding to a positioning pin 21, and a runner system can be simply formed on the cavity core 1 by a mold provided with a nozzle hole 1a corresponding to a nozzle part 7 of the hot nozzle 6. Moreover, as the holding frame 17 and the cavity core 1 are fixed by means of a clamp member 24, setting and removal of the cavity core 1 can be done easily and rapidly at the time when mold exchange and so on are carried out. |
